More than 650 attendees enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime celebration at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Saturday, March 15, as The Cushman School held its Centennial Ball, marking its 100th year legacy as Miami-Dade’s oldest, continuously operating independent school.
Honoring the three Heads-of-School over the last century who have maintained continuity in the school’s mission and philosophy, this epic celebration featured an amazing line-up of entertainment, including emcee Christopher Simmonds, Naturally 7 band, D.J. Mike Lingle, and violinist Kostia Lucky.
“We are deeply grateful for such a special evening spent celebrating this historic milestone,” said Lisa Arvin, director of advancement. “It was not only a memorable occasion, but a wonderfully fruitful event for our school. We are truly overwhelmed with gratitude.”
