LEONARDO
Opened this spring, the elegant new restaurant, Leonardo, 305-814-1114, 2000 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, channels the glamour of 1930s-1950s Italian-American restaurants by pairing authentic flavors with a lively social atmosphere that feels both timeless and distinctly Miami Beach. Leonardo makes its Miami Spice debut with a $65 dinner menu from executive chef Andrea Albanese, featuring Italian favorites like Burrata, Polpette and Linguini Nerano.
VILEBREQUIN LA PLAGE
Opened in May 2026 atop the Unframed, Autograph Collection, Vilebrequin La Plage, 786-906-1575, 1685 Washington. Ave., Miami Beach, marks the U.S. arrival of the luxury swimwear brand’s Riviera-inspired restaurant concept. Vilebrequin La Plage will offer a daily $65 dinner menu showcasing dishes such as Salade Niçoise, Steak Tartare, Linguini Vertes, Saumon and Steak Frites, Sauce au Poivre, followed by desserts including Fondant au Chocolat and Soupe de Melon.
BAGATELLE MIAMI RIVER
New to Miami Spice for 2026, Bagatelle Miami River, 645-208-8660, 311 NW S. River Dr., joins this year’s citywide dining program with a curated $65 three-course dinner menu available Wednesday through Saturday throughout August and September. Set along the scenic Miami River, the menu highlights a selection of Bagatelle favorites, from fresh seafood and premium meats to indulgent house-made desserts, offering an elevated taste of the restaurant’s signature culinary experience.
THE MEXICAN
Making its Miami Spice debut in 2026, The Mexican will offer specially curated three-course lunch ($40) and dinner ($65) menus available Tuesday through Friday throughout August and September. Located on Brickell Key, the new design-forward waterfront destination showcases authentic Northern Mexican cuisine rooted in Monterrey and culinary traditions from regions across Mexico. The Miami Spice menu features standout dishes ranging from aguachiles and tortilla soup to black angus tacos, enchiladas suizas, salmon piquin, petit filet, and house-made desserts.
DA ANGELINO CUCINA ITALIANA
Da Angelino Cucino Italiana, 786-981-5011, 3015 Grand Ave., Coconut Grove, CocoWalk’s modern Italian concept from Graspa Group and Ariete Hospitality Group, makes its Miami Spice debut with a $50 dinner menu available nightly. Guests can enjoy beloved dishes from Tartare di Tonno and Gnocchi alla Vodka to classic Tiramisu.
GRAND PUBLIC KITCHEN & BAR
Opened in May 2026 at CocoWalk, Grand Public Kitchen & Bar, 786-504-0721, 3015 Grand. Ave., Coconut Grove, from hospitality veterans Matthew Tsoumaris and Ryan Bassels, blends globally-inspired cuisine with an elevated day-to-night dining experience. The restaurant will participate in Miami Spice with a $40 lunch/brunch menu and a $50 dinner menu featuring dishes such as Beef Carpaccio, Lemon Fettuccine and Tuna Tataki, in addition to chef-driven specials.
EZIO’S
Opened in December 2025 by the team behind New York’s Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Roberta’s, Ezio's, 786-607-3899, 580 72nd St. Miami Beach, brings authentic Italian hospitality to the North Beach neighborhood. Known for its house-made pastas and signature dry-aged beef program, the restaurant makes its Miami Spice debut with a $95 dinner menu featuring dishes such as Tuna Crudo, Tagliatelle with Braised Veal, Spanish Branzino and Snake River Farms Wagyu Zabuton, alongside house-made desserts.
