MILA Omakase at 800 Lincoln Road continues its Chef Spring Series with guest Chef and Owner William Eick of Matsu, based in Oceanside, California. Matsu has earned widespread recognition for its immersive tasting menu and refined, ingredient-driven approach to modern Japanese cuisine — Eick has been named Best Chef in San Diego by Thrillist and collected back-to-back honors from San Diego Magazine for Best Japanese Restaurant and Best New Restaurant.

Earth Day at Rosemary's Miami | Through April 24
Rosemary's Miami in Wynwood holds Slow Food's Snail of Approval, recognizing restaurants that prioritize sustainable sourcing and support local producers. Throughout April, a portion of proceeds from the new Garden Antipasti — Stracciatella e Crudo ($28), featuring house-made burrata, garden tomato, prosciutto, and pickled garden fennel — will be donated to Slow Food.

Caviar & Canvas | Fridays Through April 24
Every Friday evening in April, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove hosts Caviar & Canvas in its lobby, 6 to 9 p.m. Live piano, rotating Miami artist works, and a menu anchored by caviar, oysters, and Lallier Champagne. The Midnight Palette: Siberian Osetra caviar, charcoal blini, smoked shallot gel, and gold leaf.
