If your spring dining list is already long, here's a different kind of problem: three restaurants you may already know just gave you new reasons to go back. Bulla and CORSAIR have both rolled out seasonal menus, and La Birra Bar is now serving a burger that won a global championship in the UAE.
Bulla Gastrobar
Thoughtfully crafted by Culinary Director Felix Plasencia, the spring menu at Bulla highlights modern Spanish-inspired dishes that balance bold flavors with refined presentation. The offerings range from rich, comforting plates like slow-braised lamb canelloni to classic seafood like calamari en su tinta, where tender squid is served in a deep, savory ink sauce with brioche croutons and aioli. Shareable starters include crispy tempura asparagus with goat cheese and caramelized roasted sweet potatoes with honey-sherry glaze. The menu also features pork belly prepared torreznos-style with piquillo confit and red wine salt, with a sweet finish of dulce de leche cheesecake paired with mascarpone ice cream.
Complementing the dishes are refreshing cocktails and mocktails, including Mallcora's Sunset, a citrusy Aperol-gin blend; a smoky pineapple mezcalita; and a crisp cucumber agua fresca. Available at both the Coral Gables and Aventura locations.

CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar
The Turnberry Resort kitchen is offering new menu items for both lunch and dinner. The lunch menu includes meatballs and marinara and a French Onion Burger with an 8-ounce patty, Swiss cheese, arugula, caramelized onions, onion aioli, and a brioche bun. The dinner menu adds BBQ Chicken Potato Skins with grilled chicken, cheddar, corn, scallions, and BBQ sour cream; an aji amarillo shrimp and scallop ceviche with crispy plantains and corn nuts; a hot Italian sandwich with mortadella, Genoa salami, ham, and provolone; and a grilled seafood platter with shrimp, scallops, lobster tails, andouille sausage, red skin potatoes, grilled corn, and Cajun citrus butter. New mocktails, including the Garden Heat with cucumber puree, housemade jalapeño syrup, and lemon juice, start at $15.

La Birra Bar: The Crispy Dubai
La Birra Bar is now formally the most awarded burger brand in the world: its "Crispy Dubai" burger, created especially for the competition, was crowned Overall Winner at the inaugural Dubai Burger Championship 2026 in the United Arab Emirates, besting approximately 20 competitors from Spain, Brazil, England, Sweden, and the UAE.
The winning burger is now available at all South Florida locations. It features 100% Argentinian beef patties, white cheddar cheese, signature crispy onions, and a house dressing made from a family-recipe blend of Argentine chimichurri, mayonnaise, and black truffle, all served on a freshly baked artisan bun.
