From Feb. 20-23, say cheers to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SoBeWFF), Miami's annual four-day star-studded bash celebrating wine and food. The festival features more than 100 events, showcasing the talents of more than 500 of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, celebrity chefs, and culinary personalities.

Thurs., Feb. 20, 7-10 p.m., Torno Subito Miami (786-206-1395) 200 E. Flagler St., Miami, presents Bottura's Torno Subito Miami and Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills. Two of Bottura’s esteemed protégés are hosting the event: Chef Bernardo Paladini, head chef of Torno Subito Miami, and Chef Mattia Agazzi of Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills.
A seated four-course dinner showcases each chef's signature dishes: Chef Bernardo’s il carciofo and sea bass porchetta, and Chef Mattia’s angus beef filet and risotto camouflaged as a pizza. Two sweet creations from Chef Bernardo conclude the meal: "Oops, I Burned the Key Lime pie" macaron, and a bitter cacao and balsamic lollipop.
Sat. Feb. 22, 12-2 p.m., one of the Magic City’s most sought-after supper clubs, Delilah Miami (305-400-4657) 301 Brickell Key Dr., Miami, is pulling out all the stops for an unforgettable jazz brunch, accompanied by live jazz and a selection of mouthwatering brunch dishes.
This culinary experience brings together two celebrated chefs: Delilah’s own chef Michael Teich, renowned for his technique-driven approach to American cuisine, and James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Symon, famed for his appearances on Food Network. In a dazzling setting amid magnificent views of Biscayne Bay, these dynamic chefs team up to craft a one-of-a-kind brunch showcasing their distinctive techniques and culinary strengths.
Sun., Feb. 23, experience the diverse flavors and techniques that make sushi an enduring culinary art form. Two sessions are available, the first, 5-7:30 p.m., and the second, 8-10:30 p.m. Wynwood’s Japanese restaurant Uchi, and its James Beard Award winning chef/owner Tyson Cole, will partake in an extraordinary evening, A Sushi Omakase Collective hosted by Uchi, Kissaki, MILA Omakase, Mr. Omakase, and Sushi by Scratch Restaurants at SGWS Wynwood, (954-364-1602) 2105 N. Miami. Ave., Miami. Cole joins three skilled sushi masters to present an amazing omakase feast, with each chef contributing their unique expertise. Meticulously crafted sushi creations, from delicately seasoned nigiri to artfully crafted rolls, show off the precision, skill and creativity of these expert chefs.
Sun., Feb. 23, 5-8 p.m., meet Michelin-starred “Gypsy Chef" David Myers from Adrift Mare at Hotel AKA Brickell at this year’s Goya Foods' Heritage Fire, hosted by “Top Chef” contestants Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, and Goya executive chef Fernando Desa, presented by Capital One at The Hangar, 3385 Pan American Dr., Coconut Grove, Miami.
Get a taste of an all-star line-up of the chefs' and artisans' cooking skills during this live-fire food and wine extravaganza. This event features the South Florida's top grilling maestros. The participants will each cook globally-inspired Heritage-breed proteins with honest food from real farmers, including artisan cheeses and heirloom vegetables. After indulging in each dish, guests celebrate the chef crowned as the "Heritage Fire Hero," presented by Goya Foods.
