Miami Spice, the venerated program that offers dining deals at some of Miami-Dade’s best restaurants, returns for a two-month celebration that runs through Sept. 30.
This summer marks Miami Spice’s 25th anniversary, and hundreds of top-tier restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach are offering three-course prix-fixe menus for lunch and brunch at $40, and dinner at $50 or $65, although some restaurant menus have higher price points.

A TASTE OF ITALY
Felice Brickell's, 305-526-4800, 1450 Brickell Ave., Ste. 110, Miami, approach to Miami Spice makes it stand out from the usual roundup. The menus lean into exclusive, limited-time dishes rather than pared-back versions of regulars, and the Saturday pairing with live music gives it a nice experience beyond just the food. Felice Brickell treats Miami Spice as a true limited-time opportunity, with select exclusive Tuscan dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner, with each menu showcasing a handful of dishes created specifically for the occasion.
Lunch centers on a truffle experience, with Black Truffle Arancini and Tonnarelli al Tartufo and a truffle-laced Crema Bruciata. Dinner opens with Beef Carpaccio and Gamberi alla Diavola; moves through Tonnarelli al Tartufo; and a traditional Fettuccine alla Bolognese; and closes with Crema Bruciata; or an Affogato al Caffè brunch keeps things easy with a Crostone con Avocado; Rigatoni alla Carbonara; and homemade French toast with Chantilly cream. With Felice Brickell’s live music on Saturdays, you can turn a great meal into a full night out.

Donna Mare Italian Chophouse, 305-673-6273, 3921 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, brings the flavors of coastal Italy to Miami Spice with a three-course lunch menu, featuring their signature Nonna's Giant Meatball served with whipped ricotta and crostini, classic Caesar Salad and Ciclista flatbread, handcrafted Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Prosciutto e Rucola Pizza Pollo al Pesto Panino, Cannoli or house-made Tiramisu. The dinner menu is available Sun. through Thurs. and features Calamari Fritti and Crostino con Burrata with optional upgrades and entrée choices like Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka. FRENCH AND MICHELIN-STARRED
South Florida's only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, 305-402-9070, 151 NE 41st St., Miami, in the Design District is offering two curated prix-fixe experiences: a three-course lunch available Friday and Saturday, and a four-course dinner available Tuesday through Sunday for $155 per person. Led by executive chef James Friedberg, the menus offer guests an opportunity to experience the restaurant's celebrated French cuisine through signature dishes including Foie Gras Royale, Heirloom Tomato & Roasted Beet Salad, Lobster & Corn Agnolotti , Iberico Pork Presa, and Black Forest Chocolate Crémeux.

Miami Michelin-starred restaurant Le Jardinier Miami (786-376-0830, 151 NE 41st St., Ste. 135, Miami) features a three-course prix-fixe lunch and dinner, available Tuesday through Sunday. The contemporary French restaurant from the Bastion Collection and chef Alain Verzeroli is known for its seasonally-driven cuisine rooted in refined technique and exceptional ingredients. The menus feature dishes including Dorado Crudo, Steelhead Trout with Pil Pil Sauce, roasted chicken breast, Bomba Rice, Beef Hanger Steak, Caramel Sabayon, and strawberry éclair.

FOR SUSHI LOVERS
Belly Fish Coral Gables, 786-550-6267, 3060 SW 37th Ave., Ste. 104, Miami, proves that incredible quality doesn't have to come with a luxury price tag. Belly Fish is elevating the traditional prix-fixe experience with multi-course lunch and dinner menus daily, showcasing ingredients like Faroe Islands salmon, Japanese Hamachi and Bluefin tuna alongside signature sushi combinations, sashimi and an upgraded omakase option.
Lunch features the fan-favorite Tuna Tostada layered with crispy corn tostada, and soy-lime marinated yellowfin tuna, and Faroe Islands Salmon Sashimi topped with avocado, micro cilantro, crispy capers, and chipotle-ponzu. Try the Sushi Combo, with a choice of maki roll, one handroll and four nigiris (bluefin tuna akami, chutoro, Japanese Hamachi, torched Faroe Islands Salmon belly) and Mochi for dessert. Wynwood’s Uchi Miami, 305-995-0915, 252 NW 25th St., Miami, joins Miami Spice with a dinner menu Sunday through Thursday. The multicourse experience showcases the restaurant’s nontraditional approach to Japanese cuisine with standout dishes, including Hama Chili, Shrimp Karaage, pork belly and Chicken Sando, alongside sushi inclusions like Shime Saba, Suzuki and Salmon Temaki. Upcharges for nigiri will also be available. Guests can end the evening with signature desserts, such as the Fried Milk Sundae or Matcha Cake.

Uchiko Miami Beach (305-995-0915, 1759 Purdy Ave., Ste. #102, Miami Beach is offering a dinner menu Sunday through Thursday that spotlights Uchiko’s smoky take on modern Japanese cuisine. Dishes include Ceviche Temaki, Sake and Bincho Nigiri, Tempura Kabocha and a choice of hearth-grilled favorites like Chicken Satay and Take Nabe. Round out the meal with a seasonal tart or sundae.

BEYOND DINNER
Strawberry Moon, 786-687-0234, 601 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, the signature restaurant at The Goodtime Hotel, serves elevated comfort food in a lively setting with indoor dining, a full bar, and a covered poolside patio. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and features a three-course menu with shrimp cocktail, beef teriyaki skewers or a classic Caesar salad, followed by honey-glazed salmon, a pimento chicken sandwich, or the vegan mushroom ravioli. Finish with churros with dulce de leche or a scoop of gelato or sorbet.
Dinner is served Monday through Friday, 5-9 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 3-9 p.m. Start with Stracciatella & Tomato, a crispy hash brown "Latke" or fresh salmon tartare, then choose from free-range chicken, coconut curry salmon, grilled ribeye steak or the vegan mushroom ravioli. End with a warm Molten Biscayne Lava Cake or a scoop of gelato or sorbet.
Through the end of August, guests with a valid Florida ID can enjoy 25% off at Strawberry Moon, including the new brunch menu and all other dining offerings.
Strawberry Moon also offers its signature weekend brunch. Available for parties of 2 to 10, the $75 per person experience includes a choice of one brunch entrée, one Mimosa or Bloody Mary, and admission to the weekend pool party at The Pool at Strawberry Moon with access through sundown on the day of the reservation. Strawberry Moon has also launched new breakfast bites, all-day dining favorites, and an elevated cocktail menu, fresh flavors that has made Strawberry Moon a Miami Beach favorite.

R House Wynwood (305-576-0201, 2727 NW 2nd Ave., Miami, is bringing its signature mix of dining and entertainment to Miami Spice with both brunch and dinner experiences, plus an added bottomless cocktail upgrade. Brunch features a Hornitos Spicy Margarita and favorites like fresh strawberry French toast, Cayenne Fried Chicken and the Basic B**** Slider, followed by Chef’s Decadent Chocolate Truffles. For dinner, guests can choose between a two menus, with dishes that include Tuna Tartare and Cayenne Fried Chicken alongside signature dishes like the Italian Stallion Burger, Grilled Aji Panca Octopus and Falafel Bowl, or a premium menu with bottomless Margaritas, mimosas or white wine sangria and selections such as angus skirt steak and prime New York strip.

Located within the Michelin Key-recognized Betsy Hotel, LT South Beach, 305-673-0044, 1140 Ocean Dr. Miami Beach, known for its modern take on the classic steakhouse, offers lunch and two dinner menus as part of the new Miami Spice Reserve program. Lunch includes Local Burrata and Sake-Glazed Faro Island Salmon, while the dinner menu expands on those offerings with braised black garlic short rib and Tagliatelle Bolognese Bianco. The reserve menu features dishes like Wagyu Crispy Nigiri with Kaluga Caviar. Enjoy a three-course dinner before lingering over craft cocktails as the rooftop transitions from a dining destination into one of Miami's favorite spots for after-dinner drinks.
